2.4 GHz CPU clock (9x266) standard setting (Bios defaults):
3.0 GHz CPU clock (9x333), FSB set to 333 MHz, VCore @104.6%, RAM 533MHz, rest @stock:
So reaching 3.0 GHz is really easy ;-)
Adjusting the XFX GTS512 clocks (core/memory) to 680/1000, 720/1000 and 750/1010:
3.2 GHz CPU clock (8x400), FSB set to 400 MHz, VCore 105.6%, NB VCore to 1.405V, RAM 533MHz, rest @stock:
Did not spend a long time with this setting and moved forward.
3.6 GHz CPU clock (9x400), FSB set to 400 MHz, RAM 533MHz:
Setting 1: VCore 109.6% = 1.36V, NB VCore 1.405V, SB VCore 1.510V, VTT 1.211V, Clockgen 3.45V, rest @stock:

Added a SilenX iXtrema 120 Fan blowing to the RAM- and SB-MOSFETs of the Mainboard
Unstable: 6h Prime32 under XP32 ok, but 30 min Prime64 under XP64 -> Reboot

Further testing around 3.5 GHz:
After a couple of further different bios setting tryouts, i used manual GTL REF Voltage Control settings
and could lower CPU Vcore a bit. Some longer stress tests later i reached this intermediate result:
